At Work Boots Depot, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair price. We offer Free Shipping in all orders, but here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Within the United States

We ship nationwide from our Los Angeles warehouse to all 50 states. We offer Free Shipping in al Continental USA (Alaska and Hawaii not included and have shipping costs)
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery times typically range from 2–6 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12 PM (Pacific Time) on business days are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Available on all qualifying orders in the Continental USA (Hawaii and Alaska excluded).
Express Shipping: Flat rate or calculated at checkout based on your zip code and weight of your order.

Expedited Shipping

Need your boots faster? We offer expedited and overnight shipping options at checkout, depending on availability in your area.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly from the link provided, or by logging into your Work Boots Depot account.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or if your package seems stuck in transit, please contact us at info@workbootsdepot.com or 1-800-545-3961. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
